The Zion School of Leadership (ZSOL), also referred to as School of the Spirit is the Bible and Christian leadership education and training institution of The City of God’s Delight, founded by Apostle Isaac Abioye following divine instructions. the Zion School of Leadership is with the mandate to awake and produce kingdom giants, powerful and sound men and women in all sphere of kingdom leadership and influence who will  be taking over all the seven mountains of influence at this end time for God in line with the ministry’s Global Mandate. This institute is founded to answer questions in the heart young Men and Women who sensed the calling, leading and nudging of purpose and God’s given potential but do not know how to birth it into lime light to edify the body of Christ and the eager hungry generation.
Zion School of Leadership (ZSOL) is a training program anchored by The City of God’s Delight  to help mentor and equip young ministers leaders and other Kingdom advancers to be more productive and efficient in their respective area of calling and leadership.
The Campus is held at Zion International Conference Center Ibadan. The prestigious Zion School of Leadership will open up for admissions and applications in every three months of year. The admissions and application process for entry into the Zion School of Leadership will be announced by God’s servant Isaac Abioye at the monthly Zion Conference.
ZSOL courses are carefully designed to help you know and grow to be like Christ and to understand the principles that govern results, influence and efficiency in the kingdom. The school provides a platform for adequate Mentorship and Impartation, making it ideal for conventional leaders, Â ministers and other Kingdom Advancers.
The school is a subdivision of the School arm of the ministry (CGD). It offers 6 courses which are:
- New Creation Reality
- Leadership
- Ministry
- The Kingdom
- Personal, potential and purpose development
- Finance
A life-transforming platform with Apostle Isaac Abioye, ZSOL cuts across Ministry, Leadership, and Business. The School of Leadership is set up as a platform to raise Kingdom Ambassadors.
Regularly, the ZSOL hosts its School of Leadership Students’ Practicum. This Practicum is a time of amazing encounters exposure as the students exercise and  minister in their diverse graces.

The ZSOL is suitable for people who wants to be rightly mentored and equipped with the principles required to be effective and productive in their respective area of leadership calling, including Business men, Professionals, Church Leaders, Media personnel, and many others. Summarily, this school is for you if:

- You want to develop your leadership capacity, spiritual gifts and God given potentials
The school of leadership helps you discover what God has called you to be and do and equips you with the principles required to make you effective so that you can bring maximum productivity to the Kingdom. Also, when you attend the City of God’s Delight Zion School of leadership, you have the opportunity to learn directly from God’s servant Isaac Abioye and many other anointed leaders of the institution.Â
The Zion School of Leadership (ZSOL) programme runs for 12 Saturdays within 3 months.
The Zion School of Leadership’s Application form is completely FREE.
Due to the intensive nature of the Zion school of leadership programme, all students will be required to be fully onsite in Ibadan for the period of the programme. Hence, applicants outside Ibadan are advised to make adequate plans for their accommodation and upkeep as the School Administrative Team would not be responsible for that. As a Foreigner, you can apply for ZSOL, however, you must be ready to secure accommodation around the school in Ibadan, Oyo State as you will be required to be physically present for lectures. For foreigners or anyone applying outside Ibadan, you are to briefly state your  plans for accommodation and upkeep in the space provided on the application form. Note that an inadequate accommodation and upkeep plan will lead to automatic disqualification.
Prospective students must have received Jesus as their personal Lord and savior. Secondly, you must have a heart that is committed to learning and growing, Once you’re sure of this, you’re duly qualified to fill the application form.
No, being a graduate is always an advantage, but not a requirement.

It is more or less a part time program, however, there are times that you will be required to attend fixed practical classes during the week, within short notice.
Considering the weightiness of the course content, the school of leadership lectures hold on during the weekends that is Saturdays. In order to catch up and not keep the students more than necessary, lectures hour span minimum of six hours.
Currently, the school campus is at Zion conference center, opposite Home for Handicapped Children Adjacent WAEC Office Ijokodo Ibadan.
The Registration fee for 2024 sessions will  be made known to successful applicants (But the first two sets will be free).
The Zion School of Leadership is not free. Although, the tuition fee is a one-off payment. This means that you will pay just once throughout your stay on campus. This tuition fee is not a price in public domain. Usually, the tuition fee is made known to successful applicants at the point of registration.
Zion School of Leadership is dedicated to equipping young ministers, leaders, and kingdom influencers with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead in their spheres of influence. Through ZSOL, students are mentored and empowered to bring God’s Kingdom into every sector of society.
